An exploration of the relationship between form and flavour. The design of these dark chocolate treats was inspired by Gelato Messina’s Ode to Zeno; a rosewater gelato with crushed pistachios, whipped cream and rosewater soaked brioche. Not only delicious, this flavour carried a sense of nostalgia prompting me to draw inspiration from the intricate and diverse metalwork of Persian and Indian history.
